We know that committing to a holiday well in advance can feel like a big decision. That's why we're giving our Earlybird Travellers the opportunity to reserve a place on the Kings '28 Experience with a £150 fully refundable deposit.

It gives you the advantage of securing your place early, while giving you until 1 March 2027 to make your final decision.

How your Earlybird deposit works

1. Reserve your place

Pay your £150 Earlybird deposit to A Taste of Salsa and we'll reserve your place on the Kings '28 Experience, subject to availability.

2. Your deposit remains fully refundable

Your £150 Earlybird deposit is fully refundable on request until 1 March 2027.

No questions asked... If you decide that the Kings '28 Experience isn't for you, simply ask us for your deposit back before this date... 

3. Decide by 1 March 2027

Before 1 March 2027, you can choose to:

We'll return your £150 Earlybird deposit.

Keep your place
Your £150 will automatically convert into your standard non-refundable holiday deposit and will count towards the cost of your holiday.

You don't need to make another deposit payment.

What happens if I do nothing?

You don't need to contact us if you want to continue with your booking.

If we haven't received a refund request from you by 1 March 2027, your £150 Earlybird deposit will automatically become non-refundable and will be applied towards the cost of your holiday.

From this point, your booking will be subject to our normal booking, payment and cancellation conditions.

What does my £150 reserve?

Your Earlybird deposit reserves your place on the Kings '28 Experience, subject to availability and our booking conditions.

Your holiday will be provided through our ABTA and ATOL protected Travel Partner, with A Taste of Salsa hosting the experience and helping you make the most of your holiday.

Your place remains secured providing you meet the required payment schedule, with the final holiday balance payable 10 weeks before departure.

How do I request a refund?

If you change your mind during the Earlybird period, simply contact A Taste of Salsa and tell us that you would like your Earlybird deposit refunded.

Your request must be received before 1 March 2027.

There is no need to give us a reason for changing your mind.

What happens after 1 March 2027?

From 1 March 2027, your Earlybird deposit becomes your standard non-refundable deposit and forms part of the amount you've paid towards your holiday.

The normal booking terms, cancellation conditions and payment arrangements will then apply.

In particular, remember that the special Earlybird refund arrangement ends on 1 March 2027. After that date, your £150 deposit becomes non-refundable and the normal cancellation and booking conditions apply.
