In most circumstances, your deposit is non-refundable because it is used to secure travel arrangements with our Travel Partner. However, if the holiday cannot proceed because it is cancelled by the Travel Partner, or where your rights under applicable travel regulations require a refund (for example, certain unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances), any refund will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and those of our Travel Partner.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, which may cover cancellation costs in eligible circumstances.

If you choose to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and those of our Travel Partner. Before the balance is due, this will normally mean the loss of your deposit. After full payment has been made, higher cancellation charges may apply, potentially up to the full cost of the holiday.

If your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance, you may be able to recover some or all of these costs from your insurer.

Your £150 deposit secures your place on the Kings '27 Experience.

The remaining balance is payable 10 weeks before departure, giving you plenty of time to take advantage of our flexible payment plans and spread the cost before you travel. We'll send you a reminder well in advance of the balance due date, together with clear instructions on how to complete your payment.

We accept payment by credit or debit card, good old-fashioned cash, or through one of our flexible payment plans. Whatever option you choose, all payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.

If you have any questions about your payment schedule, payment options or our payment plans, please contact A Taste of Salsa as soon as possible. We'll be happy to help you find the option that's right for you.

If you need to change your name or make another key change to your booking, Please contact A Taste of Salsa As Soon As Possible. We'll always do our very best to help, although any changes are subject to our Travel Partner's Booking Conditions and will almost certainly incur administration charges and/or additional supplier costs.

If someone in your party is unable to travel, it may be possible to transfer their booking to another person, provided the replacement Traveller meets the holiday requirements, accepts the applicable booking conditions and the transfer is requested at least 6 weeks before departure. Additional administration or supplier charges may apply.

To travel on the Kings '27 Experience, all Travellers must meet the eligibility requirements for the holiday, including any passport, visa, health or other entry requirements that apply to the destination.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged as soon as your booking is confirmed.

As a guide, we recommend taking out insurance once you've paid more towards your holiday than you would feel comfortable losing. It can provide valuable financial protection if you need to cancel your holiday or if unexpected events affect your trip before or during your travels.

Together, these explain your rights and responsibilities, payment schedule, cancellation policy, changes to your booking and other important information relating to your holiday.

Curated primarily by DJ Hughie, MixBag blends an eclectic mix of musical styles including Soul, Reggae, R&B, Funk, Jazz, Gospel, Afro Beats, Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha and much more. Rather than focusing on a single genre, each session evolves naturally with the mood, creating the perfect soundtrack whether you're dancing, relaxing by the pool or simply enjoying great company.
